Sadie Jane is an RN, yoga, meditation, and energy teacher, postpartum and prenatal fitness specialist, mom of 3 and SELF-LOVE ADVOCATE. Sadie left her labor and delivery nursing job of 5 years to create content full-time for women to better their body, mind, and soul. Her life’s mission is educating women and creating space for them to set themselves free from self-hate, false beliefs, and past traumas.
